Horizon International Bilingual School has successfully participated in Genius Olympiad in Oswego, New York. Horizon International Bilingual students competed in different categories such as Robotics, science, short movie and VPA (art and music). Park Geon Hee and Yang Hyeonseo from HIBS Hanoi campus were awarded silver medals in the Robotics category and Truong My Anh with Reem Al Busaidi were awarded Honorable Mention certificates in Science category. Students had an amazing two day trip in Washington D.C and then New York for another two days.
GENIUS Olympiad is an international high school project competition about environmental issues. It is founded and organized by the Terra Science and Education and hosted by the State University of New York at Oswego. GENIUS Olympiad will host projects in five general disciplines with an environmental focus.
