SPORT MOVEMENT AT SCHOOL

In order to promote the sport training movement at school, and to create a useful environment for students to relax in after school, Horizon regularly organizes sports competitions at school as well as  during the break times. The matches have included Badminton, Basketball, Soccer and Dodgeball. Based on these competitions students are chosen based on the talent they have in these sports, to train and create teams to represent the school and take part in sports competitions organized by the Department of Education and Training. The achievements of the classes that have won in the competitions are as the follows.

• Badminton contest:  the winners are Tuyet Lam and Thao Nguyen from grade 12A, the second prize belongs to Nhat Linh and Nhu from grade 9A.

• Ping Pong contest: the  winner is Trương Thanh Hà from grade 8A, the second prize belongs to Đoàn Lý Minh from grade 7A.

• Football : the first prize belongs to grade 11 A and the second prize is 10 A

• Streetball: the first prize belongs to grade 9 A and the second prize is grade 8A

• Dodgeball: the first prize belongs to grade 8 A and the second prize is grade 7A

After the contest, the students with the best talent in a team take part in a friendly match with the teacher’s team on the last competition day.
