Professional development helps teachers not only to be competent in their profession, but also excel in it.
Professional development helps teachers not only to be competent in their profession, but also excel in it. It should be an ongoing process that continues throughout an individual’s career.
Actively pursuing professional development ensures that knowledge and skills stay relevant and up to date. It also allows teachers to be more aware of changing trends and directions in education.
In the professional world which is moving at a faster pace than ever before, standing still will cause you to be left behind as peers try to broaden their knowledge and skills.
Horizon has a rubric for Professional Developments for Teachers throughout a year as well . The 2 nd PD was held in November 23rd 2019 in HCMC Campus . The main topic was how to analyze and evaluate Students` data.
