Horizon International Bilingual School organized a Dodgeball Tournament for all students from primary to High School on the 18th of September, 2017.
Dodgeball is a game where students have to sprint across the court to avoid being hit by a ball and taken out of the game. This type of running improves cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and burning calories. During this activity students practice their coordination skills through dodging balls thrown at them while also trying to hit opposing players with a ball. This game improves students’ agility, with students reacting at a quick pace throughout the game by trying not to be hit and reacting to other students’ movement.
