On March 25, 2017, Horizon International Bilingual School held the annual sports day event.
On March 25, 2017, Horizon International Bilingual School held the annual sports day event. This event speaks for the commitment that all of us in the school hold for the sports. It is certain that we witnessed athletic performances of the highest quality during this activity.
All teams were fully represented by their competitors. Red team got first, Blue team second, Yellow team third and Green team got fourth place, respectively. All competitors did their best and competed in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play and took the opportunity to come closer to each other.
We encourage all competitors to also make the most of this wonderful opportunity to highlight best athletic talent and spirit of comradeship.
We would like to give special praise and congratulations to Mr. Ugur Bilici (Event Coordinator), Mr. Yak (Activity Coordinator) and other Teachers and staff worked hard to make this event a success. Their efforts have contributed in raising the overall standard of school sports competitions and building stamina.
We think no one objects that sports makes you stronger, healthier, and it teaches us to accept defeat and celebrate victory. These lessons later become building blocks of success in life. The Annual Sports Day played a significant role in developing universal values: respect, responsibility, fairness and empathy.
