Horizon brought joy to the Ha Tinh Orphanage, donating:
- 50 bed mattresses for better comfort
- 250 kg of bottled goods and many exciting toys
At Son Lam Primary School, a remote school facing limited resources, Horizon provided:
- 80 sets of tables and chairs
- A 65-inch TV and 10 computers
These contributions, valued at nearly 200 million VND, were made possible through the generous contributions of Horizon's parent community.
The support didn’t stop there. On the same day, Horizon collaborated with the Ha Tinh Department of Education and Le Van Thiem Secondary School to host an AI Technology Workshop and the Open Mathematics Festival. This event attracted:
- 80 teachers and staff specializing in English, Mathematics, and Natural Sciences
- Over 1,000 students from 18 secondary schools across Ha Tinh
Participants explored the practical applications of AI in education, Google-supported digital transformation tools, and GenAI trends, enhancing both teaching methods and learning experiences.
During the program, Horizon signed a cooperation agreement with the Ha Tinh Department of Education, pledging continued support through:
- Equipment and educational materials
- Professional development workshops for teachers
- Student exchange programs
This initiative aligns with Vietnam’s National Strategy for Digital Economy and Digital Society Development (Decision No. 411/QD-TTg), reinforcing Horizon's vision of fostering innovative, globally-minded learners while nurturing compassionate citizens dedicated to uplifting their communities.
At Horizon, we believe education goes beyond the classroom—it's about empowering communities, bridging gaps, and inspiring change.
