Math Open Day 2019 (MOD 2019)

The Mathematics Department led by the energetic department head, Mr. Azat Yazgulyyev participated in the recent Math-Open-Day (MOD) held at Hanoi National University located in Cầu Giấy, Hanoi. The event started at 8 in the morning and ended at 5 in the afternoon. This is a big opportunity for teachers and students to collaborate and learn from other colleagues. The event was participated by several students from Grade 8 to Grade 12 who showcased their mathematical skills through games. HIBS students were grouped to demonstrate some Math games like paper puzzle, true or false, cube tower, number battle, and the like. There are also students and teachers from different schools that attended the event to demonstrate their games. Students and teachers can go around the booths and learn from others. The program was made possible with the collaborative efforts of the HIBS Mathematics department, administrators and students who have exerted enormous preparation a month before the event.
