/HCMC International Math Challenge (IMC) International Math Challenge (IMC) is one of the world’s most attended math competitions
International Math Challenge (IMC) is one of the world’s most attended math competitions, it has been held for nine years and hosted many brilliant students from all around the globe to compete in Thailand, they have demonstrated their ability and passion for mathematics. However, because of the pandemic, the contest was held online on the 8th & 9th of October.
Horizon HCMC campus had 16 students from many grades attending alongside 1600+ participants from 70 countries . The result is that Mai Minh Nhat, a student of class 6B won an excellent gold medal. In addition, the team also won 1 silver medal and 4 bronze medals, this result made Horizon to be among the top schools with high achievement.
This is not only the Math talent competition, IMC contains values, which is the sharing and high sense of responsibility of the students. Above all, through these challenges, the students of Horizon had the opportunity to assert and overcome themselves.
Again, we’re proudly congrats to these brilliant students for their excellent performance!
