ICE SKATING

Grade 5  students took a trip to VINCOM MEGA MALL in Ho Chi Minh City on 10th of December 2016.

We know whether it’s winter or summer, ice skating can be a great year-round activity to keep you active and fit. Of course, you don’t always need a frozen lake to enjoy ice skating, Vincom Mega Mall  has indoor ice skating rinks that allow us to enjoy the activity even if it’s 100 degrees outside.

The stability, control and strength involved in ice skating, either competitively or recreationally, are key elements in the activity that make it a fun and healthy activity for all ages and abilities.
