FULLMOON FESTIVAL

The Fullmoon festival was celebrated on the 4th of October, 2017 at 2:30pm. Horizon teachers instructed and helped students to make their own fullmoon festival lanterns for this occasion.

The school also invited a Dragon dance group for entertainment, and for the enjoyment of the parents, teachers, staff and students. The dragon dance group created a fun and celebratory

environment for all to enjoy; students joined in by dancing with the dragon.

The PE department organized lively games for students to participate in, such as:

- Cookie on a string race

- Pumping balloons race

- Table tennis ball and spoon race

- Hairstylist game

They partook in the games  with enthusiasm and learned the importance of teamwork.

The activities finished at 4pm. The winners of the games were: grade 5, grade 4 and

grade 3. Students went home with smiles on their faces.
